All original patient records will be securely stored with RSRS, a medical records facility. To obtain a certified copy of your pet’s medical record, please contact RSRS at 1-888-563-3732 or via email at info@rsrs.com. There is a fee for this service payable to RSRS. Our office is not handling any file copies or transfers.
