Referring Veterinarians
If you are a referring veterinarian, please have your client call us directly to schedule a consultation with one of our ophthalmologists. From there, we will send a referral form directly to you to fill out prior to the scheduled consultation.
We currently do not have a waitlist, and can accommodate consultations on a weekly basis. We thank you for your referral.
